"I usually don't do reviews but this is a WORLD CLASS original production with original score commissioned for it. SO GOOD I SAW IT TWICE. Mr. Weiss is a creative genius, he actually IMPROVES on Shakespeare with this original work. The costumes, staging, all of it is over the top, my companion from New York was amazed that this is staying only in the Triangle. Only negatives were minor- the use of a cymbal that pierced the ear and skull painfully marred an otherwise brilliant original score, Hecate and the witches were fantastic.
Laura O'Brien as Lady Macbeth dances and acts the performance that will never be equaled. This should be performed annually and should be done in NYC, London, everywhere. I am not kidding, See it, you will want to see it again and again. But hard to believe it will never be performed as brilliantly as by these two leads."
